Product Overview

This economy system features the Daystar reflector, Xtrasun ballast and standard high pressure sodium bulb. The Daystar reflector measures 7.38 inches high x 12.50 inches wide x 22.50 inches long and boast a 25 year warranty. Daystar reflectors also offers a low profile design for lower clearance areas. The Daystar reflector comes with a mounted cord set and hinged saftey lens. The Daystar AC is the answer for those wanting high performance coupled with maximum air cooling potential. Utilizing the same patented double wall design and reflective material as our flagship Daystar unit, the AC adds a 6 inch built-on flange for cooling air flow from an optional fan. The 6 inch diameter encompasses most of the tunnel-like interior ensuring more complete air flow than common air cooled units. This combination allows for closer plant placement, plus better growth and it improves the ability to control growing area temperatures. The Xtrasun ballast is extremely efficient and reliable. It boast a 5 year warrant, the best in it's class. Flora Hydroponics exclusive new control kit is included in the bundle pack. Our kit contains pH Up (add a little at a time when your nutrient pH is too low in order to raise the pH to the desired level), pH Down (uses food grade Phosphoric acid to lower the pH to the desired level), and pH Test Indicator (fill a test-tube halfway with nutrient, add a few drops of pH Test Indicator, and observe the coloration of the liquid in the test vial. Use 3 drops per 5mL of solution). Pipette also included for easy transfer of all liquids. Make sure to clean the pipette between uses.
